Project: Cosplay Submission Page Development

Objective/Goal: To streamline the cosplay request selection process by creating a comprehensive submission page using Airtable. The primary aim was to address the inefficiency of the existing file system by implementing a filtered and organized submission platform.

Role and Responsibilities: Took charge of designing and constructing the cosplay submission form on Airtable, gathering essential information such as cosplay details, social media handles, submission dates, and multimedia content. Manually categorized and organized submissions into specific cosplay genres for efficient filtering and review.

Collaborations: Solely led the development of the submission page without direct collaboration with external partners but focused on user interaction and engagement.

Strategies Implemented: Created a user-friendly form on Airtable to collect diverse cosplay submissions across various categories, enabling streamlined categorization and organization. Strategically designed the form for seamless integration with the Squarespace website, ensuring accessibility and user engagement.

Key Deliverable: Developed a comprehensive submission system categorizing submissions into multiple cosplay genres and integrated it into the Squarespace website for followers' easy access.

Results and Achievements:

• Follower Engagement: Generated excitement among followers resulting in hundreds of submissions.

• Building an Email Database: Through the submission process, established an opportunity to grow and maintain an email database for future interactions and communications.
