Project: Cosplay Mini Course For Patreon

Objective/Goal:

The primary objective of the Cosplay Mini Course on Patreon was to establish a new revenue stream for Black Women in Costume (BWIC) while providing comprehensive guidance and structure for individuals interested in cosplay. Additionally, the aim was to demystify cosplay, offer guidance to beginners, and create a platform for seamless integration of sponsors.

Role and Responsibilities:

As the course creator and instructor, I curated and structured course modules, conducted market research to identify gaps in the cosplay education market, and crafted educational scripts and videos. My responsibilities encompassed video direction, setup of shooting areas, editing, and post-production tasks. Additionally, I designed and generated AI stock images to complement the course content, creating a valuable archive for future use by BWIC.

The course leveraged my expertise and experience within the cosplay community, providing a platform for knowledge sharing and guidance. The creation of an exclusive Patreon offering facilitated a new revenue stream for BWIC while embracing innovative technology and content creation strategies.
