Project: Afro Punk/Blerdcon Collaboration

Objective/Goal:

The goal of participating in Afro Punk through an invitation from Beltline Cosplay and Blerdcon was to engage directly with an audience interested in @BlackWomeninCostume (BWIC), network with relevant organizations, and leverage the event to generate original photo and video content for BWIC's social media channels.

Role and Responsibilities:

As an invited cosplayer representing BWIC, my role involved actively engaging with the audience at the event, showcasing vibrant and expressive cosplay to resonate with the Afro Punk atmosphere. My responsibilities included promoting BWIC's presence, interacting with attendees, and fostering connections with both local and established brands.
